FH Public Relations (April 28, 2026) | The Human Resources Development (HRD) staff of the Asian Law Students Association Local Chapter, Universitas Airlangga (ALSA LC UNAIR) has completed one of its work programs, Open Tender Volume 1, which serves as a platform for selecting and determining the implementers for several flagship ALSA LC UNAIR programs. This activity was organized by the HRD division and involved all active ALSA members as tender participants. Open Tender Volume 1 took place offline from Monday, April 27, 2026, to Thursday, April 30, 2026, at Rumah Bhineka, Surabaya.

The work programs tendered in this activity included the ALSA National Legal Forum (ANLF), ALSA Local Socially Responsible (ALSR), ALSA Visit, and OLMA, a regeneration program for new students in the class of 2026. This activity aimed to provide every ALSA LC UNAIR staff member with the opportunity to learn how to design and develop a work program in a structured and professional manner. Furthermore, the Open Tender implementation was also based on the need for transparency and active member participation in the development of the organization’s work program.

The series of activities began with an opening session with remarks from the Director of ALSA LC UNAIR, followed by a technical presentation on the tender mechanism by the presidium. Afterward, each participant was given the opportunity to present their work program grand design to a forum consisting of Local Board administrators and ALSA LC UNAIR members.

The selection process was conducted interactively through a question-and-answer session aimed at exploring the readiness, capacity, and innovation of each prospective Project Officer. The entire series of activities proceeded in an orderly and conducive manner, reflecting the high enthusiasm of the participants and the eagerness of the prospective Project Officers in answering various questions from the forum.

Through Open Tender Volume 1, it is hoped that the best Project Officer will be selected, capable of optimally implementing work programs and having a positive impact on the organization and the surrounding environment. This activity also demonstrates the strong spirit of healthy competition and the creativity of ALSA LC UNAIR members in developing new ideas.

Thus, ALSA LC UNAIR can continue to develop as an innovative, inclusive, and adaptive organization.
