Internal Contract Drafting and Negotiation Competition (ICDNC) Workshop 2026

FH Public Relations (June 1, 2026) | The Business Law Studies Faculty of Law, Airlangga University (BLS FH UNAIR) once again held the Internal Contract Drafting and Negotiation Competition (ICDNC) Workshop on Saturday, May 9, 2026, as part of the 2026 ICDNC series. This activity was designed to equip students of the Faculty of Law, Airlangga University (FH UNAIR) with knowledge and practical skills in contract drafting in preparation for the final round of the competition, which will be held on Saturday, May 30, 2026. Through this activity, participants are expected to improve their understanding of contract law and develop competencies relevant to business law practice.

The ICDNC Workshop was held in Room 302, A. G. Pringgodigdo Building, FH UNAIR, with a systematically structured agenda to support the participants’ learning process. This activity featured Rizky Amalia, S.H., M.H., a Civil Law lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Airlangga (FH UNAIR), who presented material on contract law, and Rizki Istighfariana Achmadi, S.H., M.Kn., from Martin Suryana & Associates, who presented material on contract drafting techniques. Following the presentation, participants participated in a contract drafting practice to apply the knowledge they had acquired. The workshop concluded with an awards ceremony to recognize the participants’ best work.

Unair FH students participated in the entire series of activities as participants in the 2026 ICDNC. This activity not only provided a means of developing technical competency in contract drafting but also provided a learning experience that encouraged the development of critical thinking, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills in addressing business law issues.

Overall, the 2026 ICDNC Workshop ran smoothly and met its stated objectives. Through this activity, the Faculty of Law, Universitas Airlangga (BLS FH UNAIR) demonstrated its commitment to supporting student capacity development in the field of business law. It is hoped that the knowledge and skills gained by participants will be valuable in facing competition and developing professional careers in the legal field in the future.
