Quality Assurance Unit (UPM)
Unit Penjaminan Mutu (UPM) berfungsi untuk melakukan koordinasi pelaksanaan sistem penjaminan mutu di Fakultas. Untuk penjaminan di level Program Studi UPM membawahi Gugus Penjaminan Mutu (GPM) berfungsi untuk melakukan koordinasi pelaksanaan sistem penjaminan mutu di Program Studi.
Hasil dari pelaksanaan sistem penjaminan mutu ini dilakukan secara internal dan eksternal. Penjaminan mutu internal setiap tahunnya dilakukan melalui Audit Mutu Internal (AMI) yang dilaksanakan oleh Badan Penjaminan Mutu (BPM) Universitas Airlangga. Sedangkan penjaminan mutu eksternal dilakukan melalui akreditasi nasional oleh Badan Akreditasi Nasional Perguruan Tinggi (BAN-PT) dan badan akreditasi maupun sertifikasi internasional yang diakui oleh BAN-PT.
