About the Integrity Zone (ZI) FH UNAIR

Area 1 – Change Management

The goal is to systematically and consistently change the work mechanisms, mindset, and work culture of individuals in the work units that are built, to be better in accordance with the goals and objectives of developing the Integrity Zone.

Area 2 – Arrangement of Administration

The aim is to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of clear, effective, efficient and measurable work systems, processes and procedures in the Integrity Zone Towards a Corruption-Free Area and a Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Area (WBK/WBBM).

Area 3 – HR Management System Arrangement

The aim is to improve the professionalism of human resources in the Integrity Zone Towards an Integrity Zone Towards a Corruption-Free Area.

Area 4 – Penguatan Akuntabilitas Kinerja

Area akuntabilitas kinerja adalah perwujudan kewajiban suatu instansi pemerintah untuk mempertanggungjawabkan keberhasilan/kegagalan pelaksanaan program dan kegiatan dalam mencapai misi dan tujuan organisasi.
