The workshop was officially opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Law and featured keynote speakers Prof. Dr. I Made Narsa, S.E., M.Si., Ak., CA., Secretary of the Directorate of Education at Airlangga University, along with the supporting team. This workshop also involved the Head of the Law Department, the Coordinator of the Undergraduate Law Program, the Coordinator of the Master of Laws Program (MIH), and educational staff from the Academic and Student Affairs Subdivisions.

The workshop aimed to develop a comprehensive guide that would facilitate students in converting various off-campus academic activities, such as student exchange programs, internships, research, industrial activities, and other external programs, into course credits within their study programs. With this guide, students would not only earn Participation Credit Units (SKP), which currently measure soft skills, but also gain academic recognition in courses relevant to their study program learning outcomes.

During the conversion process, the Faculty of Law will utilize the cybercampus V1 and V2 systems as supporting platforms, ensuring a more structured, transparent, and accessible assessment procedure for both students and program administrators.
