FH News (3/26) | The collaboration of the Faculty of Law with several Schools of Law in the Netherlands has been ongoing. Most recently, the Faculty of Law UNAIR officially collaborates with the Faculty of Law Maastricht University. This collaboration was marked by the signing of the MoU between the Dean of FH UNAIR, Nurul Barizah Ph.D and the Dean of FH Maastrich Prof. Jan M. Smits. Before signing the collaboration, the Visiting Lecture program was begun. Sascha Hardt from the Department of Public Law, Faculty of Law Maastricht to FH UNAIR.
In the framework of this collaboration, Deputy Dean III, Dr. Radian Salman, LL.M, made a collaborative visit to Maastricht on March 12, 2019, with several agendas to discuss, including student exchange and call for project collaboration initiated by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The Dean of the Faculty of Law Maastricht, who is also a legal expert in the field of Private Law warmly welcomed the collaboration with FH UNAIR and hopes to be more concrete in cooperation soon and hopes to visit FH UNAIR.
After the meeting with the Dean of the Faculty of Law Maastricht, Deputy Dean III, Dr. Radian Salman continued the agenda for more concrete collaboration talks, namely in the preparation of call for project collaboration proposals. In this talk, Maastricht emphasized the uniqueness in the learning method called Problem Based Learning (PBL) which might be adopted by FH UNAIR. Another agenda for the talks is exploring joint programs in the form of Double Degree and Fast Track.
