Sejak didirikan di tahun 2015, Pusat Studi Pluralisme Hukum (CLeP) telah, sedang dan terus akan melakukan riset tentang isu-isu terkait hukum dan keberagaman<\/strong>, khususnya dalam topik pluralisme hukum, hukum dan multikulturalisme, hukum trans-budaya, hukum dan agama, hukum adat, eksistensi dan hak-hak masyarakat adat, serta isu-isu hak asasi manusia terkait eksistensi kelompok minoritas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since it was established in 2015, the Center for Legal Pluralism Studies (CLeP) has been conducting researches in the issues of law and diversities<\/strong>, especially in the topics of legal pluralism<\/strong>, law and multiculturalism<\/strong>, i<\/em>ntercultural law, law and religion, <\/em>adat (Indonesian customary) law, the existence and the rights of indigenous people, <\/em><\/strong>and also<\/em> in <\/em><\/strong>human rights issues related to the existence of minority groups<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Di tahun 2016, CLeP terlibat dalam proyek penelitian tentang Human Rights and Democracy in Indonesia and Malaysia<\/a>, <\/strong><\/em>sebagai hasil kolaborasi bersama dengan University of Malaya School of Law<\/em>, Malaysia, dan <\/strong>the Southeast Asian Human Rights Studies Network (SEAHRN)<\/em>. Di dalam proyek ini, CLeP berfokus pada isu tentang hak masyarakat adat di Indonesia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2016, CLeP was involved in a research project entitled Human Rights and Democracy in Indonesia and Malaysi<\/a>a<\/strong>, which was done under collaborative work with the University of Malaya School of Law, Malaysia, and the Southeast Asian Human Rights Studies Network (SEAHRN). In this project, CLeP had a role in researching the issues related to the rights of the indigenous people in Indonesia. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Saat ini, dengan tetap menelaah isu-isu yang lain sebagaimana disebutkan di atas, CLeP tengah memberikan fokus perhatian utama dalam penelitiannya terhadap isu hukum dan keberagaman<\/strong> terkait kebebasan beragama<\/strong> dan isu hak-hak masyarakat adat \/ aborigin \/ masyarakat asli.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Currently, alongside keep studying the issues mentioned above, CLeP is now focusing on the issue of law and diversities <\/strong>related to religious freedom <\/strong>as well as the issue of the rights of indigenous people.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
