Koesrianti menyelesaikan studi S1 di Fakultas Hukum UNAIR (1981-1985) dan studi S2 dan S3 dari Faculty of Law, UNSW, Sydney-Australia dengan beasiswa AusAiD. Bidang keahlian: Hukum Internasional, dengan bidang kajian, Hukum Internasional, Mekanisme Penyelesaian Sengketa Internasional, ASEAN dan hukum perlindungan WNI dan BHI. Koesrianti sudah menulis buku tentang ASEAN, dan berbagai artikel tentang ASEAN dan perlindungan WNI dan BHI diberbagai jurnal dan menjadi pembicara di berbagai forum konferensi internasional pada bidang kajian tersebut. Koesrianti merupakan anggota Asian Society of International Law serta Asosiasi Pengajar Hukum Internasional (ISILL), Association of Comparative Law.<\/p>\n

Koesrianti hold LLM and PhD degree of Faculty of Law, University of New South Wales (Australia) and an SH\/LLB from Faculty of Law Universitas Airlangga, Indonesia. She teaches: Public international law, international business transactions, maritim law, international dispute resolution, and ASEAN law at Faculty of Law Universitas Airlangga, Surabaya, Indonesia. Enny Narwati bergabung menjadi Dosen Departemen Hukum Internasional – Fakultas Hukum – Universitas Airlangga sejak tahun 1990 dan juga peneliti senior pada Airlangga Institute of International Law Studies (AIILS) Airlangga. Saat ini menjabat sebagai Wakil Dekan I Fakultas untuk dua periode yakni 2018 – 2024. Enny menyelesaikan gelar Doktornya di Fakultas Hukum – Universitas Airlangga pada 2017. Selama kariernya sebagai dosen dan peneliti, ia menghasilkan lebih dari 15 penelitian, di mana semuanya antaranya dipublikasikan dalam report, jurnal dan prosiding. Selain itu Enny Narwati juga merupakan penanggung jawab beberapa mata kuliah dalam bidang hukum internasional baik untuk jenjang S1 maupun S2. Aktieva Tri Tjitrawati is a lecturer in the Departement of International Law, Faculty of Law, Universitas Airlangga in which she has been a faculty member since 1989. Aktieva achieved her Master and Doctoral Degree at Padjadjaran University and her undergraduate studies at Airlangga University. She had her doctoral degree in 2005, majoring in international trade and environmental law.\u00a0\u00a0 She was in charge as the Head of Bachelor of Law Program from 2014 to 2020, after becoming the Chief of International Law Department from 2011. Now, she holds the position of the Head of Magister of Law Program.<\/p>\n

Her research interests lie in the area of international trade law and other societal values, international health law and also law of treaty. In recent years, she has focused\u00a0 her research on international health law, and\u00a0 She has granted for four national grant for research from the Ministry of Education in this field. In doing such research, She has collaborated actively with researcher in other disciplines such as medical and environmental study.\u00a0 In this research issue, she also has appointed as a member of national research reviewer under the Ministry of Education since 2017, and research reviewer committee of Universitas Airlangga since 2013.<\/p>\n

Dr Intan Soeparna, Senior Lecture in International Law Department, Faculty of Law, Universitas Airlangga Surabaya Indonesia. I am holding PhD Degree from Vrije Universiteit Brussel Belgium, Master of Humanities from Universitas Gadjah Mada Indonesia and Bachelor of Law from Universitas Padjadjaran Indonesia. My major study is international trade law, with current PhD thesis in WTO Law (title: The Implications on WTO Retaliation to Private Economic Actors: To What Extend State Liability is accomplished?). I have ten years teaching experience at Faculty of Law, Universitas Airlangga in International Law, International Trade Law, International Dispute Settlement, Cyber Law and Nuclear Law. In addition, I had one semester teaching experience at Brussel Institute of Contemporary China Study (BICSS) at Vrije Universiteit Brussel in 2010, majoring WTO Law.<\/p>\n

My current position is Director of Centre for Development of Research, Community Service and International Publication at Faculty of Law, Universitas Airlangga (2015 \u2013 now). Major task for this position is to manage the research, community service and international publication conducted in Faculty of Law, Universitas Airlangga. I also supervise students\u2019 research in International Trade Law. Currently I am also advisor for Indonesia Entrepreneur Association (APINDO) for International Trade Forum. I have several national and international publications in regard with international trade law, while I also had many experience participated in international conferences around Europe and Asia. As member of International Law Association, I participated in ILA Luncheon Meeting: the EU Trade Subcommittee of the International Law Association during 2010-2012. In this meeting I had such experience in discussing trade issues with EU DG Trade.<\/p>\n

Nilam Andalia Kurniasari is a lecturer at the Faculty of Law Universitas Airlangga, teaching the Law of the Sea, Maritime Law, International Law and International Trade Law. Her research interests are Maritime Law, the Law of the Sea, and International Trade Law. Currently, she is doing a research on Maritime Cabotage as her doctoral research and implementation of IMO\u2019s Ballast Water Management Convention 2004 as a research project funded by the Faculty. She was the Director of MAROCLAW (2015). Her expertise in Maritime Law is globally recognised as the coach of Universitas Airlangga Team for the International Maritime Law Arbitration Moot Court Competition (IMLAM) which won global achievements as the Best Performance by A Newcomer Team (Singapore, 2017); Overall Runner-up Written Memoranda and the Sarah Derrington Encouragement Award (Brisbane, 2018).<\/p>\n

Masitoh Indriani holds a Bachelor of Laws from Faculty of Law Universitas Airlangga, Indonesia and continued her study at School of Law, University of Leeds, UK. Her research interest includes Cyberlaw, Internet Governance, Surveillance, Data Protection, and Privacy. She has contributed to a book chapter such as 1) Freedom of Expression in Indonesia: The Laws, Dynamics, Issues and Challenges (2015), the collaboration works between the Academic Network of Freedom of Expression (FoE) and various Public Universities in Indonesia; 2) <\/span>Kedaulatan Menurut Hukum Internasional (2021), Airlangga University Press. Besides her academic activities, she has also been involved in community outreach programs as a privacy law consultant for the development of the Village Information System (Sistem Informasi Desa) BERDAYA and the District Information System (Sistem Informasi Kabupaten) SIKAB by Combine Resource Institution (CRI). CRI aims to strengthen local institutions, community networks, and citizen capacity in information management through the use of information and communication technology. <\/span><\/p>\n

Recently, Masitoh contributed as a coach for the Indonesia Delegation Team in the Debate2Regulate Competition, endorsed by the ASEAN-Australia Strategic Youth Partnership (AASYP) and the eSafety Commissioner of Australia (eSafety), held in Bangkok, Thailand, on May 2-3, 2024. This competition emphasized the importance of a human rights-based approach to online safety regulation and promoted a Safety by Design mindset among emerging leaders. The delegation was awarded the title of Distinguished Team Professionalism and Diplomatic Value.<\/p>\n
