Welcome to the Master’s Program in Notarial Law Faculty of Law Universitas Airlangga. As one of the six public universities to pioneer the study of notarial law, we have established our existence as a leading Master’s Program in Notarial Law in Eastern Indonesia. Since the Notarial Law Specialist Program was first established in 1980, we have produced a lot of professional notaries throughout Indonesia, and not a few of them occupy important positions in their field.
The program’s excellence lies in the combination of qualified academic staff and comprehensive curriculum in notarial law. Most of our staff are eminent professors with long-standing experience in their respected field. In addition, we also employ practitioners as adjunct lecturers to teach courses that require professional expertise in deed drafting. The Master’s Program in Notarial Law cooperates with leading organizations, such as INI (Indonesian Notary Association), IPPAT (Association of Land Registration Authority Officials), BPN (National Land Agency) and other relevant governmental agencies.
